1st off loose the bandana nick it makes you look like a queer biker if you already arent one already. 2nd of all after the 3rd rep on the crossover you were really struggling quite a bit. i suggest lowering the weight amount and incresing your reps.nick dont be afraid to start lifting a smaller amount of weight to start off.
