I think the saddest thing is that it as her best friend who caused her all her pains. Because she made him go out with her for a while while haruka was waiting she got hit bu the car otherwise he would have been on time and they would have gone on, like thats not bad enough she then sleeps with him and steals him away from her :( what a cruel friend although he is as much to blame :( poooor haruka...she looks reall pretty as well when she grows up :)

You chose wisely...re the best scene in ep 14, actually the entire first season. I also felt that farewell scene between Tarayuki and Haruka was worth all the angst and turmoil the fans had to endure from ep 2 on. Also, the child-like reading at the end is reminiscent of another melancholy movie "Sweet November". Here the lone child survivor of a school bus accident redeems those associated with the bus company from incrimination over an act of God where they had no control of the outcome.

^Mitsuki should not take all that Haruka had left, and let Haruka and him rebuild thier lives, he obviously still loves her, he is there balling his eyes out. I just think at this point they owe it to her, but whatever. I really didn't like the ending, and how it's all happy he got with Mitsuki, "CONGRATS! Okay, this is my problem with the end, sure blah blah, he screwed up, stuff happened with Mitsuki, but at the end, he still loves her and he loves him, no one made them say goodbye, he should have just dumped mitsuki, people do it everyday, he really owed it to Haruka to give her, her life back, plus look at Mitsuki, sleeping with other guys, I don't think she truely loves him, she just needs a man, she should just find another and take everything Haruka had left, they should have got together.
