  • サックス・ソロの味付けが素晴らしくキャッチャー・ハードの代表チューン、フォリナー、"アージェント"(ライヴ)、スプーキー・トゥースだったネ!・・ミック・ジョーンズ

  • So young, hot, sexy and yes! Charismatic singer here for Mr. LOU GRAMM.

  • Lou Gramm is an incredibly charismatic singer.

  • I believe thats mark rivera on the sax.He did pretty good for himself, and joined billy joel's band later on.

  • Gramm Slamm!!!

  • High time to induct this incredible band into the Rock n' Roll hall of fame!

  • saw these guys last week in minny kelly hanson is amazing..well worth seeing

  • I used to play this song in my band too back in the day. Good quality music! When I show kids this today they just laugh. too bad for them!

  • Yes Lou Gramm IS the Voice of Foreigner . . . however, Kelly Hansen is as good as you can get for a replacement!!!! Very good in person. Lou was the original so there's really no comparison. Both deserve an A+ considering the circumstances of why Lou left. Good luck to both and all of you too!!

  • Lou Gramm IS Foreigner! Dont be confused by the cover band that is touring now that goes by the name of Foreigner. They sound very good. A very good imitation, but the real voice of Foreigner is Lou Gramm.

  • @popinton I have to disagree. I honestly like Hanson's voice a bit more. And his range is a wee bit better IMO. I've seen him twice... Very kickass show. Not to mention... Mick Jones is still nuts. And I think really the whole outfit is all about Mick Jones.

  • The sax bridge is worth the admission to the whole concert!

  • Real music, not this shit we hear today!

    Thanks for post!

  • he still tours, he just played here in rochester, his hometown...:)

  • great times great friends great music crusing in my 78 black transam withthe t-tops off daytona beach miss 1984 long live foreigner cheap trick,38 special, led zepplin

  • GREAT song, but the sax....... ????????

  • @socalbabe91

the sax solo was done by Junior Walker. he hit notes that werent even on the charts. Old 90 year old dude played at my Jazz Class at CSUN in the early 80's. These bozo's can't touch the old man. No one could

  • Insane !!!

  • Estimated friend, if you want to listen again to this song and an endless number of successes of the love I suggest you to visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - it looks for his direction URL for Google (scribe Musica para Mimos in Google)-. The best romantic music of all the times in Internet, is going to please you, is very good ...!!!

  • LOU GRAMM WAS,IS,AND ALWAYS WILL BE THE BEST ROCK VOCALIST OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • They knew how to do it.

  • At one time, Lou Gramm's voice was the BEST voice in Rock n roll! No one could match him

  • @brian6078 I think Junior Walker was only on the original studio recording. Jr. Walker was black. I met his son who joined in with Tom Gimbel playing sax on "Urgent" this summer. I think this is probably Mark Rivera. Pretty sure it's not Ian McDonald in this vid.

  • @3124481731 -thanks for setting me straight on that;I was checking online and ended up knowing this was not Ian McDonald. Now I know who this really is;he is excellent.

  • Perfectorama love this...cheers friends

  • lou is the man seen foreigner twice with lou,and was blown away with his live vocals.

  • I think *Journey's* Stev Perry and *Foreigner* Lou Gramm and *Whitesnake* Coverdale and *Deep Purple's* Ian Gillian these Four vocals are and will be the best of the best tru 1970-1990

  • I saw and heard Lou sing this summer, 2010, and he is singning great.

He is still the same great Lou as before.

  • This is "Foreigners" best song period.

  • who is the GODLY sax player

  • Not to take anything away from Lou Gramm but...

I saw Mick Jones' version of Foreigner a couple of days ago (2 Sep 10) and they were truly awesome. He's managed to put together some outstandingly talented musicians. The lead singer is the key to making this work for them and they've found a great one. He's got the same sounding voice, and twice the energy of the original. Very entertaining show.

  • @MajorMagee What you just said is a true statement, I saw them several years ago at Chastain Park here in Atlanta, and his voice was very very similar to Lou's, but yes they are good and nothing taken away from their group, but there will only be 1 LOU GRAMM OF FOREIGNER. I love this group (I am 55 yrs old)

  • One of the best rock singers ever!! Like Robert Palmer meets Paul Rodgers.

I cannot believe guitarist Mick Jones has the BALLS to be touring in 2010 as "Foreigner" with a new frontman and totally different band.

  • he has the voice that can make the live versions better than the studio ones and yet keep on tune perfect

  • Lou Gramm is still GOD...just saw him tonight

  • Dennis Elliott on drums was one fantastic talent. Try catching him with an early '70's band named "IF". He had to be around 18 years old, but he had unbelieveable chops.

  • way better than the studio version

  • Still gives me the rush it did the 1st time I heard it. Oh, play it LOUD too.

  • CaptainJackOC u met Gramm!

  • I met Lou Gramm in 1978 right after Double Vision album was released. He was such a cool guy to meet. He even drove my car. I hope to see him again June 22 at Del Mar, CA concert.

  • Chan Romero's Hippy hippy Shake ...on coke.......love it

  • The tumor was not malignant--benign--but the meds he will take the remainder of his life wreak havoc on his body. There is none other like our beloved Lou Gramm.

  • c super

    trop bien

  • The Best voice in Rock Thank you Louu Gramm

  • Foreigner without Lou Graham is like Playboy with no naked women in it.

  • @kingofallwhites You are absolutely right! Lou was the first lead singer and no one could top him back in the 70's and 80's, period.!!!!!!!!!!

  • gramm had monster vocals

  • @bachbeer I'll bet he could have been a great Opera singer had he wanted to.

  • Watch Foreigner perform their classic hits this Sunday Feb 21st @9am EST on A&E's Private Sessions. They will be rocking out to "Cold as Ice" "Urgent" and "Waiting for a Girl Like You" as well others from their latest album. If you love Foreigner, You'll definitely enjoy it.

  • "Urgent" is my favorite song from Foreigner. The album, 4, released in 1981, was their lst #1 album in the US. It was #1 for 10 weeks. "Urgent" reached #4 in the top-40.

  • Foreigner and Van Halen at Madison Square Garden...1982-83...

  • Amazing sax solo!

    SuperG! Jr. Walker.

    Thanks upload.

  • super

  • Einfach nur geil!! Lou Gramm hat `ne Wahnsinnsstimme! Er ist durch seine Erkrankung nicht mehr so wie früher, aber für mich immer noch einer der Besten!

  • Lou Gramm was just one of the greatest. Him, Steve Walsh, Brad Delp and Paul Rodgers has such an impact on me as a kid.

  • @ESW367 One of Gramm's idols was Paul Rodgers

  • J.R. Walker played the saxophonist on the LP.or Tape JR Walker can play.Thank you Lou Gramm for the Great times in the 80's

  • This saxophonist everywhere on a miscellaneous plays!!!

  • Foreigner! yeah! good concert!

  • its like counting 400 pennies on a counter for cigs with a line behind you and social phobia

  • Gotta love Foreigner and Lou.. Good performance but not his best.. The one at Live at Deer Creek rocks.. He sang his butt off there... Go Lou...

  • Lou's brain surgery (malignant) in 98 I think, did a lot of damage to arguably the greatest rock vocalist of all time. I've seen him since and not the same. Go see him whenever--he's an icon.

  • well at least he can still sing

  • @tatnell1 It was NOT malignant it was benign. It obviously affected him a lot but he didn't have a malignant tumor.

  • @tatnell1 I think Steve Perry could be better but yes, if there wasn't Steve Perry he would be best.

  • @legostarwars2123 Steve Perry is very good but no where near Lou Gramm!!!!!

  • @tatnell1 The band did a tribute to him and brought him out for a few songs touring a few years back. Not the same voice, but his spirit is as true today as it was in the 70's. One of my favorite all time classic rock bands.

  • @tatnell1 I seen FOREIGNER tonight 3/13/11 in S.Fl...Who is the LEAD singer TODAY???Do u KNOW???

  • @tatnell1 He seems to improve each month.

  • Lou Gramm is one of the all-time great rock voices.

  • @ddl74 Not only one of the greatest, the vocals are difficult to sing. He's a singer's singer.

  • @ddl74

  • @ddl74 omfg this is pop not rock

  • Perfect!

  • perfect magnific waaa i love you

  • incrivel!! adoro, dia 9 de junho se deus quiser estarei no pavilhao atlantico em portugal a assistir ao maravilhoso concerto!

  • I miss Lou Gramm at the Foreigner's Concert in the Park....at Viejas

  • If you live in the US you should watch A&E this Sunday, march 29th at 9 am - Foreigner will be on and they're performing this song.

  • Those were the years !!!

    Killer !!

  • Amazing to see this, this was one the first rock bands I liked. to me this was the craziest shit I've ever saw, while my friends were listening to kids stuff or Olvia Newton Jhon, I tought I this was extrem, wild and heavy. Next step was AC/DC, then Metallica, then Megadeth!

  • That's because I think he's jacked up on coke. Man did he ever screw the solo up on this one. Sounded awful. They must have been trying to capitalize on the Lionel Richy look of the times.

  • Haha, yes, he relly looks as if he is Lionel Richies twinbrother!

  • can you play the sax? prolly not. mr. riveria is cool. im sure you did play the sacks ha ha ha ha.

  • It's John Oates

  • My best partysong in the 80's. Me and my friend Camilla used to shout the part with "I know what I need and I need it fast" really loud - feeling pretty cool.....! Haha!

  • then the bitch married charles and settled down

  • LMAO

  • thanks for posting - Really no one is as good as Lou - No Foreigner without Lou Gramm

his voice is absolutely GENIUS - We love Lou FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Walker plays saxo like Gary Moore plays the guitar

  • ;) Mick Jones should kill his wardrobe stylist for squeezing his fat butt into these red spandex pants lol

  • Jr Walker (Shotgun, etc...) did the original sax solo...

  • This is pretty cool! I love the avant garde sax solo! Thanks for posting!

  • actually the only dude that could hit the notes witha great voice was/ is mike reno now he can sing

  • I saw foreigner with the new band. It was amazing. Last summer I saw Styx, Def Leppard and Foreigner, and Foreigner was the best band even without Lou Gramm. The new singer sounds a lot like Lou Gramm, as close as you can get without it actually being him. I would suggest seeing them if they come around your area.

  • foreigner kicks ass.

  • Amen to that. So good and clean in concert.

  • saw foreigner last night on Long Island NY, the new singer is great. Sounds as good as lou gramm.

  • NO ONE is as good as Lou!

  • no one sounds or has ever come close to sounding as good as "the lou" not even steve perry , not even anyone like not even bonjovi

  • i wouldn't take it that far bon jovi is a beast and i saw the new singer too he sounds pretty close.

  • raise the roof man!!

    (especially the saxapone part)

  • lou is the best

  • this is the great foreigner the world loves. their new "tour thing" sucks ass. that new singer is so gay that they have now

  • u got that right...no one can replace lou in his day....who IS that singer they have now?? they shouldnt keep touring without lou.....it ain't 'foreigner' without him

  • i got no clue.

  • This is ok..

  • GREAT SONG...GREAT SINGER

  • despite the poor quality I thank you for this vid, when I was 16 thought this song was super hot. now, 20 years later I still have this opinion. This rocks, especially that sax solo. Uber cool.
