heres the difference tho optimum nutrition is mainly whey isolate and contains creatine .MP impact weigh is whey concentrate which is slower than the isolate

Recommend chocolate smooth... It tastes nicer than commercial chocolate milk shakes! 1.5 scoops with 150ml of water, nice and thick.
