yeah, hulu uses rtmp (real time messaging protocol) which means it only streams so far into the video and it waits for you to get to that spot, making it very difficult to download them (youtube uses flash si there's no problems). the best way is to use replay media catcher. just google it

I tried fox and pandara with moyea flv downloader, it works pretty well.
