AWESOME! so can u give me any tips on sills for level 8 as far as bhs on the beam and such...how do you get over ur fear of it? AWESOME dismount! Thanks!
Ah man. I had a horrible crash the start of my season, somehow i got over it. With help from my coach and just trying not to focus on what could happen. With lots of practice and not worring about it i got over my fear of falling on my series. So i hope that kinda helps. Thank you for the nice comments. And good luck!
regarding your so-called "fears" on beam with bhs. a little tip i use when i do my skills on beam is to basically clear my mind and do what my body naturally does. i could give you more tips if you can tell me what you are specifically afraid of....
Only 5 years?! geez i feel like a loser. Ive been doing tumbling for 4 years and all i have to show is a double back with a spot. Geez. Anyhow, very nice routine!
hmm... theres a eight yr old girl who does double back flips on the beam and cartwheel double back somers for her dismount. plus she can do 13 press handstands
Good for the eight year old. As you can tell im not 8 and she probley started when she was 3 or so. It dosnt matter what age you are or anything as long as you like gymnastics and have a goal.
i dont think theres a mount requirement at all. some gymnastics just choose to get value in their mount. there are some elite gymnasts with mounts that have no value!
wow nice cartweel then dismount
