Or if you are using eyeshadows that will flake, apply foundation powder and the eye shadow primer of choice to your eyes. Just your eyes. That way if the powder is shit and doesn't work, you won't have to do your face all over again.

Notice how at 1:07 she is stretching her eyelid. DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! It will prematurely age & sag your eyes. What you should do is take a Q-tip & manuver around the eyes to give it support.

if you line the inside of your lower lid be sure to use waterproof liner--otherwise it gathers really quickly in the inside corners of your eyes and looks like icky goop : )
