taking actions (illegal surveillance, scrapping habeus corpus) which go against the constitution are definite grounds for impeachment. breaking international law (invading iraq, threating force against iran in violation of article 2(4) of the united nations charter) is yet another.

John, you are so right: Where is the courage of Congress in doing what's right for our country? Bush and Cheney MUST be impeached for their crimes, their lies that took so many lives for this shameful and illegal war, for their crimes against humanity in allowing torture and for their crimes in spitting on our Constitution. IMPEACH! REVOLT and let's kick out those who betrayed us in 2008!
