No, because KLRackstraw said it was with the Doctor. The glove that was used to bring back Suzie was destroyed in They Keep Killing Suzie, and the one that Owen was brought back with was killed in the same episode he was brought back (i can't remember the title)
Think about it.... why don't we know much about his mom? He might be related to the Doctor because he could be his nephew and his mom was from the Doctor's home planet and sister and he might be born with the immortality gene inherited from his mother?
has any one told you that you have a good imagination? actually i was thinking about the same thing... i was yelling at captain jack that he could use the hand to bring back ianto... as that would make an interesting sequel
