Any modern computer that isn't a bottom-of-the-line Dell has more than enough processing power to run APB. All you'd need to do if you want optimized graphics is to upgrade a video card.

Why would someone have internet at their home if they didn't have a computer? Most people with 360's have a PC. I'm not making it a PC vs. console, I'm just saying that upgrading a PC to run APB isn't going to be a momentous task that's going to cost you $2000. That's bullshit. I'm just clarifying.

meaning there will probably only be 2 or 3 at most of each kind

They probably aren't going to have any real brand of vehicles. A lot of the auto companies don't like having their cars in games where they take damage; they kind of see it as negative publicity. However, a lot of the cars in-game are probably heavily-influenced by real world counterparts.
