For the hat flower, can't you flip it upside-down and put it at the highest point on her hat? I don't have these potato heads, but it can be done on the toy story 2 potato heads. I hoped this helped. :D

I have that Mr.Potato Head but it's the first toy story version, it comes with more parts, such as toes, lips, orange ears, black hair and a rosette. The hat doesn't have a rod in it, so you can put it on any direction. The mustache is different too, since you can put it on and off without taking the nose off.

When I went to Walmart there was 9 Mr. Potato Heads and only 1 mrs. Potato Head. I got the last one!

The collection version of Potato Head isn't a real Potato Head toy, it's an electronic replica. That's what bothers me about it. I'd have sacrificed the electronics for a tater tush instead.
