  • @Pigioto1 no

  • how did you guys tuck the injector wires?

  • Got the skunk2 intake manifold and 70mm throttle body late last summer as soon as the K series manifold was released by skunk. Gained 15whp / 29 ft lbs torque (this is to the wheels) with a built head, bolt-ons, kpro ecu. Everything was great until this past April coolant started leaking from the intake manifold valve where you hook up the coolant line. Extremely dissapointing and zero assistance from skunk after politely asking several times for assistance.

  • do u have to tune your car after u install the intake. cuz i wanna but and intake manifold and trottle body but i dnt wanna go through the hasle of puttin it on a dyno

  • Had this set up on ma base manual and the guys at the shop can not get this car running i even went and got the type s, tp sensor that the guys at skunk2 told me to get. still nothing! car still keep shuting down! any tips someone???

  • Would a Skunk2 70mm throttle body work on a type R mani?

  • sooooo how much hp will i gain if i do this??????

  • @gsxr200799 20hp. if u want more HP then go for Turbo and Superchargers. but those needed intake Mani also. so... if u get this first it slowly build it till u get to turbo or supercharger. hehe....

  • @supertrex2 na man super comes with its own intake portion why buy this just to take it off when you get sc

  • no dynos?

  • The numbers are based off our Uncorrected Dynojet 224X2. It is not a hub'd base dyno, those are dynopacks. This car made those gains to the wheels.

  • Yes there is a problem using the Hondata IMG. The S2 is a one piece manifold and totally different shape than the HIMG. The S2 incorporates where the coolant runs through where the RBC doesn't. S2 does supply a gasket and it's thicker than the HIMG.

  • i still think the RBC is a better bang for the buck

  • Wats the diferent in k20a2 n k20z1? N I already told u all d mods I have in last comment I'm not getting nthing besides tat!!!

  • Thanks alot what numbers I should be looking forward too?

  • So which u recomend more for intake manifold skunk 2 or rbc? I'm doing the same set up but 72mm trothle body n skunk2 high volume fuel rail n I got dc headers n hks catback n aem v2 intake

  • The Skunk2 Intake is better

  • @ImportDPS lol of couse it is you sell it lol

  • @mr5abi101 rbc is that same and cheaper

  • There are no problems in keeping your Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket and not using the one provided with the Skunk2 Intake Manifold

  • Does he say skunk2 intake manifolds? But in comments he mentions it's Rbc!!

  • No, I said there are much comparisons going on with the Skunk2 Intake Manifold to the RBC and RRC. Watch the video again.

  • i cant wait till s2 comes out with a 70mm tb for the 06+ Si... i pretty much have everything skunk2 wooooooo!!!

  • RBC $200

    Intake Manifold Gasket $40

    Throttle Body Adapter $75

    SK2 Throttle Body $350

    TB Gasket $25

    Skunk2 Fuel Rail $190

    Total $880

Customer Paid us $940 for this setup all skunk2. A whopping difference of $60. Looks nicer than all the adapter plate nonsense.

I will post up the dyno graph of this RSX Type S making 217WHP on our Uncorrected, Unbiased Dynojet 224X with a Simple Street tune on stock cams. With cams, this thing would breathe so much better and flow much nicer.

  • its a k20a2 im guess not a z1? what else is done to the car? 217 at the hubs or wheels? jet is hubs i'm sure?

  • 940 for 10hp is highway robery lolololololololol. you get 217 with the rbc, gasket and adapter alone.

  • in for horrible dyno results. meaning same power you can get from a rbc at 1/2 the cost.

  • clean clean clean
