How do you ummm color with the shadows showing?

@ColossalHillofEpic ... Oh i think i get it now.... well just put a dark tone of color first then add on the lighter color. So you have two options, you can put a grey layer first then the color layer OR you can use a light tone of color first then go over it with a darker tone of the same color. With prismacolors you can just use the same marker twice and it gives depth

dude got zny tips for a starter drawer

@afgnaruto Hmmm. Make sure you're good with the basics first.. like a regular pencil, before you jump into like markers or stuff. It can get confusing. Practice constantly, no matter what, that's the most important thing. Practice basic shapes constantly too. Draw 1000's of squares and stuff lol. Seriously it helps. Learn shading and don't just draw anime/manga... draw everything and anything. Learn the importance of paper/pencils/erasers/ etc :)
