I have a sealed tin of bomb shelter biscuits, so it is 50-60 years old. My friend opened his for an art show in the late 70's and served them with wine. They were just fine. I am keeping mine as a historial artifact, but I would eat it if I ran out of other food!
I thought you were going to turn into a Zombie....lol...like the commercial wear the guy goes to the refrigerator and drinks the sour milk, chokes, then turns into a Zombie....lol....lol...but glad your ok, however I really would have liked to see my first "real" Zombie!!!!.....
