It appears a little too bluntly sexual for classic Hammer Horror (somehow, Ingrid Pitt standing up in a bathtub is less blunt to me than the constant chatter about sex in this film), but the style the director chose concerning cinematography is excellent. For instance, when two vampires kill a DJ, the camera concentrates on the vibrations of a blood spattered speaker... delishus.

Once audiences ease into this film, Hammer should make a great comeback.

I am agreeing with ElZomboFantasma's comments. Compared to the current fare it may not even be that bad but most movies suck and most of these types of movies are stupid hip hop, rap metal, techno party dumb teen movies except they have vampires in them. It can be done - Near Dark, Lost Boys but most are horrible and are the same standard, trendy, cliche, pointless sexuality turds of movies. I'd much rather see a well done gothic style vampire movie than American Pie with vampires.
