How about someone who is simply attractive to you on the outside, and genuine on the inside? The issue with racism is exarcebated by people who were once minorities and now majorities (in Vancouver) refusing to seek love in its purest form, but rather, choosing superficial means of finding partnerships. Those who think caucasians are the dominant population, or even resistant to preserving Trudeau's cultural mosaic ideologies, should check their ignorant heads. That said, cute video.
@MrBrillare Interesting comment. This reminds me of something I found. Even in Vancouver, contrary to popular belief, the "not a visible minority" group is still the majority. According to the 2006 Census, the largest visible minority population in Vancouver, the Chinese make up only 29.4% of Vancouver's population. The "not a visible minority" group makes up 48.9%.
@iceagearchiveress04 So... if the "not a visible minority" group makes up 48.9%, doesn't that make the "not a visible minority" a "visible minority" compared to the 51.9% group which represents the "visible minority"? Hence: 48.9% "not a visible minority" and 51.9% as a "visible minority", seems to suggest that the word "minority" should be replaced by "majority" in both contexts when it comes to Vancouver. I'm very confused. Perhaps I can be date #28, and you can explain this to me =)
Being "Chinese outside" is a demand for being of racially-Chinese. Resistance to Canada's dominant and racist Caucasian population by preserving Asian race and culture are important and are closely linked. Was Tony's girlfriend Asian or Caucasian?
