  • che schifooooooooooooooo

  • Really great.

  • HERMOSA MUJER, COMO CANTANTE UNICA, SIEMPRE TE ADMIRARE LAURA.................

  • Wow, she is totally channeling Janis! Hope they're having a good jam up in Heaven...

  • Rest in Peace beautiful Laura, we will never forget you, you were taken from us way too early. Your voice lives in my soul for ever

  • This is awesome! I had never heard it before. It's FANTASTIC!

  • WWOOOOWWWW great:)

  • Great Cover!!!!!!

  • Excellent and she nails Joplins' "raspy" voice also, she was a great talent and very attractive woman as well, from reading about her life she seemed to care for people geniunely, and seemed down to earth.

  • Wow, I can hardly believe that is Laura singing... she was such a multi-faceted artist... god, I miss her.

  • You guys are overlooking something - Laura Branigan played Janis Joplin in the stage version of the book PEARL. This is probably a promo at a radio station for that show.............unfortunately, the Cincinnati, OH performance was canceled so I never got to see the show but I hear she was amazing - the best anyone has ever done of Janis. Wild.

  • Laura singing this and Gretchen Wilson doing Hearts Barracuda, has to be the 2 top cover songs

  • Freedom's just another word for nothing left to lose--it's been my motto for decades now.

  • i'm sorry, but noone can cover 5-6 or even 4-4/5 octaves, guys...no Morten Harket, no Mariah, no Whitney, no Jennifer Rush etc. Not even great Laura ....

These and many other great singers are said to such range, but its no more than just knowledge absence i guess so.

I'm sure Laura could exactly cover 3 (plus/minus two notes), but no more, believe me the greatest opera singers cant do 4/5 octaves, Laura just knew how to use her great vocal range and thats the best of her

    <3

    thanx for vid!!

  • @bonnybeliver
