first off 55 degrees is beautiful... 2nd the Dam is the greatest place on earth... if ur a toker you need to make the pilgrimage... i went once (well twice kinda) and i will always go back.
1. Greenhouse 2. Barney's 3. Tweede Kamer 4. 420 Cafe 5. Hunter's (if you go across the street to Hunter's Bar you can smoke a joint and drink a beer. No tabacco smoke though) 6. Dampkering 7. Popeye's (good hash) 8. Homegrown Fantiseeds 9. City Hall (good to chill and have a coffee) 10. Grey Area Other than the first five the rest are in no particular order. I don't smoke pot a lot, the last time i smoked was last year. i'll probably just buy a pre-rolled joint. Someone wrote that Popeye's people will look down on people who don't know much about weed.. I just want to go to a place and smoke something with low thc, where should i go, greenhouse you reckon?
@mty1 We weren't so happy with the attitudes of the people behind the counter at Popeye's, Rokerij or Abraxus. Could have been an off day though. The people at Barney's, Greenhouse, Grey Area, Hunter's and 420 Cafe have always been friendly to customers. Also, 420 is a quiet relaxing place to have a smoke and drink a nice cup of tea. Greenhouse has great coffee and nice staff, but can get loud (they blast music) and crowded. Have a Barney's breakfast while you're there, too! Enjoy!

And im from europe so im not hating on it, just saying my opinion, and since its spring already why dont go now. But when i got home the 5-0 got me with a roach in my left pocket that had been there since day one. Totally forgot about it. 6500 swedish kronor fine. Damn them cops. But im still goin back. Hey Blue, I was actually at Barney' on Jan 19th...the night before it closed. The owner Derry was there moving things. They are re doing the inside of that one so for the time being they moved their stuff to Barney's Farm on the corner. Pretty cool to be there and be some of the last people to see the old decor. Don't you just LOVE Amsterdam?!
