Ted Itzoe: in a typical restaurant, you see five waiters go by because they have their own sections to worry about. You're completely contradicting what you said in the video piece done for the PBS show "check please." In the PBS show you said you are a restaurant with one cook, one waiter. Any restaurant of conventional restaurant size, which your place is not, waiters have enough to do in their own sections, and they cant be servicing tables that are other people's tips.

ok i want an order of wings celery and blue cheese. i want two dozen little neck steamed clams. with extra butter and lemon. i want a large order of curly fries. and an ice cold coke..oh and we gotta go to publix first cause i want some french bread..too bad i live in minnesota..next time i come hollywood fla.
