  • The card companies write off the losses so 1 time out of 100 you may have a law enforcement agency that wants to make themselves look good on the news to take down an operation. Most of those operations are 1-2 people operations, the more people involved the easier it is to get pinched. Amazing how youtube doesn't pull this video to keep this crime from happening.
