  • I met Steve and Rodger many years ago, when they were playing an acoustic duo thing at Bar J Chili Parlor, and they became special friends. I miss them all, and can't believe we lost Rodger. R.I.P. my friend, you were very special.

  • Best bar band I ever saw as well, and the Grille was a great venue, always dancing going on!! Always an interesting mix of people brought together by great live music. So Sorry about Rodger.

  • Sadly, the Sunset Grille one of the last bastions of neighborhood bars with local musicians will be history soon. I played there many times and the vibe was always great.

  • Laughing Man was The best band in Northern Virginia area for almost 2 decades... I'm shocked to find out about Roger's death. He commanded attention from everyone in the room when on stage including the band.. Perfect bass player.. Sorry to all who were close with him. I was lucky to grow and experience those guys at Luna for many years.. keep up the great music Colin!!!

  • I miss him too. colin.

  • I saw this band at least 20 times, felt like a groupie, but Rodger and pals was the best local band I ever saw. We miss Rodger so much...his passion and talent were incredible

  • Hlpslp, thanks for the comments. We were fortunate to have time when we could see our friends play with passion and life.

My kids (4 & 5 yrs. old) loved these guys and their music. ...and my 65+ yr old relatives danced to their music.

  • Great cover. My two year old daughter was dancing her ass off. Nice leads and great vocals. Thanks for sharing. Can a brother get a Crazy Fingers?
