Scarlet had a stroke at 17 months old. So technically she has brain damage in her basal ganglia which affects all her motor skills (including speech). She falls under the cerebral palsy label.

Conductive Education work! It was the best thing ever happened to my son with severe spastic quad CP. That was 10 years ago.
