I have a professional crepe maker too. i totally skip the Nutella chocolate thing. it dominates the taste as all you taste is the nutella. I use Strawberries, bananas, chantilli, strawberry syrup (replaces nutella) and Cointreau. On top, I use maple Syrup (very thin stream) . Critiques tasted my crepe and told me that all ingredients taste harmonious, not a single thing taking over the taste.
That looks good and all, but I kind of prefer the Parisian-style street food version. I think its much more casual, but this is nice too. Why make it so pretty when someone will eat it in 20 seconds?!
@paizyroxursox Ya you can say that about ALL french food... why make it so pretty and give so little and charge so much when you will devour it in 15 seconds!
