  • Ice was a Badass in Body Count

  • Still one of the fakest/realest Niggas i ever heard preach.

  • @SDSOverfiend LMFAO Fakes?realest did you mean that?! If so, HILARIOUS!

  • Comment removed

  • @SDSOverfiend you clearly didnt watch the vid.

  • @IRONMAN357 Yes i did..... the shit he went on to do and say after this is what made me feel a certain way about him.

  • I'll go round to rounnd with you. Smart man,

  • elite illegal world???whaaa??

  • Why would he say that , and still wear that pendent ?

  • @Oscarallknowing just cause he is wearing a gun doesn't mean hes in a gang

  • Ada way Ice-tea, wayda get it.

  • This is not about gangs, it is about publicity for politicians. Politicians rarely do anything that does not get them publicity.

Last year the Governor of Pennsylvania loaded a plane and took relief aid to Haiti after the quake. But, Haiti was a disaster area long before the quake, it was a disaster when I was there in 1995 supporting their elections, it's never been anything else, but it took a quake to bring the news media to the area, and it took the news media to bring the politicians.

  • this was a great session

  • Ice T is one smart motherfucker him ans Ice Cube both kept up with the times and continue making that bank

  • Agreeing with PookieHemanes... IceT is one of the realistic prophets of our age. HIs incisive perception and genius for seeing through the layers of BS in societal roles is a ray of hope in an otherwise corrupt and enslaving cultural stereotype. What I have seen of Ice-T is a man who stands for free will and mental liberation in the world of the urban jungle of determination.

  • The Godfather of Gangsta Rap.

The Creator of the Crime Rhyme.

    Ice-T.

  • THIS IS A VERY SMART MAN !! VERY DEEP

  • The one thing about Ice-T is that he always told the truth as he saw it. You didn't have to agree with the cat, but you could never deny his genuine nature. FLTG for life!

  • that is solid truth. legal or illegal... don't think those corrupt fucks aren't committing crimes. a piece of shit is a piece of shit. i don't care what it's driving or what it wears. just stay aware!

  • Stop making all these fucking excuses. There are gangs and drugs because people DECIDE to join a gang or take drugs. BTW, I grew up in the ghetto. 41st and central next to Jefferson high.I never joined a gang and tho i tried weed I just never got stuck on it. When you begin to be 100% responsible for your own actions you will bump up your intellect 100%. Meanwhile you will make any excuse to make yo feel better.

  • Bottom line, although I don't agree with blacks committing crimes and so on, but I'm sure an open minded person can see if the world you live in is against you trying to better yourself respectfully and tries to keep you out (Not all whites) what choices do you have if those in power do not recognize your rights. Check out King 5 news study from the Univsty of Chicago- thousands of OVERLY QUALIFIED applicants were DENIED an open position and they were mostly black. I think I proved my point.

  • the ones in power. There were no BLACKs holding high office positions during the days of segregation and if there were they OBVIOUSLY wasn't that many and definitely wasn't make what whites made at that time regardless of their knowledge of the jobs they under took. Plain and simple the TRUTH is were weren't expected to come this far so they did what they could to keep us as far away from them in every way legally possible. Think about it and look around you with neutral eyes and see the TRUTH.

  • Continued from above. - tend to do better in life than those who do not have. Plain and simple when blacks were wrongfully and unwillingly made slaves, whites already had more that a generation jump in education than blacks. Fast forward to when segregation was in place blacks always HAD to attended the POOREST SCHOOLS REGARDLESS of where you lived. In short POOR SCHOOLS= POOR EDUCATION, POOR EDUCATION = POVERTY LEVEL PAY WAGE. For this was of no concern to whites because they were always...

  • Ice T's been on point since he was born, apparently.

  • Ok this might be a little long so bare with me. For one I may not agree with ICE-T's perception on life back in the day, but we all under go changes and I have to commend him on the end product of his character as it stands now.

So now here comes the TRUTH folks although there are some "PEOPLE" who have no care of being associated with racism period and have in some cases support freedom for ALL peoples rights, it can't be denied that history has proven that those who have are more well off ..

  • yeah i know what makes them tick too. "here is the establishment, you cant get in." why not? dont have enough patiance to study and go to school? easier to rob people with a gun. oh its racism. i see. im enlightened now. thanks ice. oh hitler and charles manson. im listening go on. the leathal weapon that charles and hitler employed was the mind teacher. you gotta think ice, think with your head. hey scum bag go to the library get some more ammo. hope their library has a dictionary.

  • @aqueenowlbee Learn to fucking read and write before railing against blacks who can't do it, moron.

  • @GilbertSmith where did i rail against blacks? your a white idiot. how is that for racism. you need to watch some videos done by black people who would back up what i say. i speak three languages im aware of spelling and grammar. that is all you got, you spelled this wrong, you forgot a period. your petty because you dont know really anything. you just know that you are expected to act in a certain way and you comply. divorced one kid that is screwed in the head. remeber to vote dem

  • @aqueenowlbee The FUCK are you talking about?

You're accusing others of being uneducated while writing so poorly that I don't know what you're trying to say. And vote dem? What the FUCK are you TALKING about?!

  • happy day of birth ICE!!

  • Funny how this guy is always Fin Tutuola

  • swear he got da same gun chain as pac just silver lol guess it was trendy but of course Pac was trendsetter not sayin das y ice got it but still

  • cool video...

Best from The Late Night with Johnny P Show 2012

  • he smart as fuck

  • @JayOhR Yeah, a lot of people don't know how smart he is. I saw him on a celebrity Jeopardy and he ran circles around everybody. The questions weren't softballs either. Many non-rap fans also don't know that he's an army vet. People don't realize that he isn't trying to be the bast rapper or actor, but the best hustler, just legally.

  • @JayOhR thats why he's rich as hell

  • Ice-t is the first one to kick that true and n.w.a was smash down the doors

  • hes like a human pit bull

  • KKK Bitch is the best Ice-T song ever! LOL!

    Then comes Colors.

  • ice -T is sick

  • ice is the dude.

he knows what the muck is up.

  • lol @ "white people like you, man!"

  • "Fifty thousand million dollars."

  • This is honest to god the only time I heard someone explain clearly the gang mindset and the vicious cycle that causes the gang mentality, he's one of the most articulate rappers ive heard actually speaking!

  • @Darima2 Ice T is definitely a sick rapper but he's also really, really smart as a person...look for some of the other interviews he's had with other smart people, he'll make you think...

  • @MCLR1990 thanks i did actually, the one on the Thisis50 channel is real good too

  • 6 people lost their minds!

  • Fifty thousand million dollars. WTF

  • It doesnt get any colder than Ice T

  • Hes still above ground for a reason...

  • It's funny how Ice T was the poster child for how rap music was so bad for kids back in the 90's, yet he was actually doing good for us kids who grew up then, shaping how we thought in positive ways, unlike a lot of mindless studio gangsters who spewed negative bullshit that they never lived through themselves but thought would sell records. Ice T played a big roll in the 90's and I hope history one day credits him properly for it.

  • @CJDiggs ur right...the late 80's too.

  • @CJDiggs I agree, fuck the bullshittin N.W.A.

  • He did four years in the military. He got an honorable discharge because of his daughter.

  • America is so "racist," only black people can make racial comments and get away with it.

  • @mjn76 Maybe because only black people have gone through what this country has done to them since its inception

  • @npgfunk You have a VERY NARROW understanding of history and slavery.

  • @mjn76 I can guarantee I know more about it than you. Now what?

  • @npgfunk Your focus on what "THIS COUNTRY has done to them" ignores the historical fact that slavery existed thousands of years before America ever came into being. It ignores the fact that slavery was rampant in Africa well before America came into being. It ignores the fact that half of America (whites) OPPOSED slavery prior to the Civil War. Moreover, slavery has been practiced in every continent. Whites were slaves in Europe, for example. I CAN'T WAIT for your illuminating rebuttal!

  • @mjn76 well said sir, well said!!!

  • @mjn76 True, but in other countries slaves could earn their freedom. They also could educate themselves. In America it was genocide. Have you ever seen the pictures of whites eating snacks with their children as they watched blacks hang? That's much uglier than just slavery.

  • @ziabungle '@mjn76 True, but in other countries slaves could earn their freedom.'

Where did you hear that? The kind of 'slavery' which started with the discovery of America in 1492 was 'brought to' America by Europeans who needed new workers because many Europeans died from wars and diseases. So they took black people from Africa and made them to slaves. I think in every country of the world these slaves were hold like animals or items unless their owner wanted to treat them well.

  • @mjn76 Citing the history of slavery in the world is simply a poor excuse for this most shameful chapter in American history. Oh, let's not forget Jim Crow, the denial of voting rights, institutionalized segregation is every phase of America social life - schools, unions, corporations, governments, and even the church. Your argument is credible to someone who studied the black diaspora and experience in America.

  • @npgfunk It's not an excuse. It's the truth. You can deny that truth all you wish, but that won't change the fact the exact things that happened in American history to African Americans played out all over the world for thousands of years to all different races and creeds. Yes, even segregation, denial of rights, etc, etc.

  • Wish hip hop artist today would do the same as ice-t did

  • i watched this when it 1st aired.

  • Ice T is a smart dude...

  • jus listen to ice T Squeeze da TriGgAa

  • lol arsenio gots that look in his eye? r u a real gangster? i mean reallydough

  • There's nothing I like better than an intelligent black man.

  • @awesomeTai Yup. Sadly it is not represented in this video.

  • @JimmyJones *inhales* ouch lol

  • 50,000 million dollars goddam!!!

  • @MostProlific92 HAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA..... for real!!!

  • He means real well and has done a lot of good, but the comment that a non-black was killed so now gangs were just coming to light is false, but makes for a good race card as L.A. County had been trying to do something about gangs since they really grew in the 1960's. I guess it's good that the "whitefolks" liked him or he might have had a short life. I guess inside he understands how that and his smart actions saved him.

  • The non-black he's referring to was Karen Toshima. She was killed in Westwood in 1988 after being caught in gang crossfire . AFTER THAT KILLING, Operation Hammer, lead by the late chief of police, Daryl Gates, began. It was large scale attempt to crack down on gang violence in L.A. In Westwood alone, after that killing, four police supervisors and 20 officers patrolled the area. On one night, officers in Operation Hammer arrested 1,453 people. 1,350 of them were released with no charges filed

  • @chrissline77 Damn,thats alot that was late go...lol.

  • @chrissline77 I see. Sounds like a lot of out of control actions on both sides. Gang violence brings on Police violence.

  • ICE T..HMMMMM IS HE A OG FOR REAL..REASON IM ASKING WHAT REAL OG DO A SILLY ASS VIDEO CALLED THE PEE WEE HERMAN...AN OG HAS A REP ABOUT THEM SELVES DOING A VIDEO LIKE PEE WEE HERMAN WOULD DISCREDIT HIS REP AS A OG......HES PLAYING A GANGSTER LIKE HE PLYS A COP ON TV

  • Thats dope.

  • Gangsta rap was conscious....lmbo u can't be serious

  • Listen to this guy, how smart he These were the rappers from back in that day; smart, intelligent and eloquent. Nowadays we have Lil Wayne....yeah.

  • @engared I don't think anyone ever could have accused those guys of being ignorant. Gangsta rap had a more conscious element to it back in those days, thus why the establishment killed it off over the last decade and you end up with Cali Swag District, instead of the consciousness that used to be representative of L.A. rap.

  • preach scumgod...

  • love him so real and cool

  • what happenned to him helping?

  • @hispano25

well uhm doesnt he always look badass?

  • This clip right here is why ice t is one of the greatest men to ever bless the mic! Word!

  • 1988 was a huge year in hip hop but it was really 1989 that expanded everything, by 1989 we had many great first albums as well as second albums by various artists. By 1990 it had simmered and allowed more whites such as Vanilla Ice, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, 3rd Bass, etc.

  • Ice-T has a very good head on his shoulders...He is for real and he doesn't act all brand new just because he made it.

  • mind over matter

  • Ice dropped some jewels!

  • Can't find a great Raiders jacket like that anymore. Late 80s & early 90s had the greatest sports apparel. Everything looked clean & classic. Not like today's bullshit gear.

  • @dedricthere Your right. Thats a sweet jacket. Although, Id be scared of getting shanked though LOL

  • @dedricthere Thank god i still have mine lol (:

  • @dedricthere True that thank goodness for the internet I got some of that old gear but you gotta search your ass off 80's and 90's was the shit period tho movies, music ect

  • @dedricthere i had the same Jacket when i was 13 years old... Respect from Greece .... and mybiggreekcock dot kom :-))))

  • @dedricthere You are so right, Starter jackets, Logo Athletic, you name it, were the best!

  • @dedricthere ..........You can find that Raiders jacket on Ebay man.

  • @dedricthere I still see it around at the team stores, and you can also use eBay. Old shit looks good on old people. And new shit looks good on young people. :)

  • Yeah, respect to him.

Alot of rappers and younger hip hop listeners give him shit, but he was on the front lines of hip hop way back in the day. I remeber gettin' the Home Invasion cassette at tower records in Hawaii in '93.

Rhyme pays, Power and iceberg are sooo good.

  • @Jaguar1M

My first rap tape was home invasion. What a fucking classic thats off the hook. Fuck all that bullshit we hear today. Damn!

  • @PhysiologicAli My second tape was Power in grade 5 - that was the dope shit.

    "I'm your pusher"

  • @PhysiologicAli Ayo Search "Skitzo Gaddafi" That Boy GO HARD he the next to blow!!

  • @PhysiologicAli Cos d past will never come back, that's pain.

  • @PhysiologicAli lol yeah rap died when christopher wallace died

  • @richwood77 naw, u wrong on that

  • @Jaguar1M 'A LOT' not 'ALOT'

  • Great upload. Ice T remains one of the most positive rappers ever yet his name only rang out in the press when he performed "Cop Killer"

    Much respect to the man!

  • that's it, my man Ice Tee...the MIND is the Real Weapon

  • Ice T was breaking it down for folks about gang culture. Your Lethal Weapon is your mind!!

"The greatest weapon of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed"- S Biko
