yeah, but she could have gotten away with it if she hit down the line or to the backhand of the crosscourt player

The line was covered by the girl in pink. The crosscourt player was actually waiting on a backhand shot. She had to reposition herself for the forehand volley that was the winner. Her best bet would have been a very well placed topspin lob from her back hand side.
