People should not feel sorry for this girl; however, people should feel sorry for children who are truely abused. Having a parent break a bone, putting cigarettes out on a kid's body, raping, or killing a child are real forms of abuse; not a good beating with a belt. If Casey Anthony can get away with killing her child, this guy should not be punished.

She could have hid the belt (my dad still can't find his) or told someone about it while she still had bruises. Kids need to learn "no" means "no." The parents could have been sued for the music this girl downloaded illegally. How else do you punish a kid who is stealing? Take the computer away? She'll use a friend's computer or find some other way to steal the music.
I am far from ignorant. Both of my parents did far worse to me than this dad did to his daughter. Beatings like this taught me to respect and obey adults. Granted, it took more than one good beating, but I did eventually learn to act right. This girl is spoiled and didn't learn a thing. That is why she kept the video to use as revenge against her father. Posting this video 6 years after the beating because daddy cut of her financial support proves how spoiled she is.
this guy is a waste of space. he is so far over the line it looks like a dot to him. we don't know what exactly the reason is (something to do with the computer but did she actually steal anything? we don't know) but we do know he beat the shit out of her, and couldn't get enough of it.
