@AnsonAdams Correct - I didn't take an HDR sample as this was literally a "hey i wonder if.." moment while waiting for a train. It's more of a test of the motion tracking workflow. It's a happy accident that the stations lighting is diffuse enough to get away with no *real* lighting!

its easy enough to do this with a still camera, but how did you make it as you walk backwards? did you have to walk backwards in Gmod at the same time as in real life?

@xIAMDAVEx Look up "3d motion tracking" for more info on the process; the Antlion model was extracted from HL2 and rendered in 3d Studio, then composited over the top of the original footage.
