  • that is so Karen to kill the icecream van x

  • @MrLazerBlade Actually, I'm pretty sure that he DOES fix it at one point in the first or second doctor...and then it breaks again.

  • I live far too up north so I don't have the money to travel down to London this year to go to the experience unless I save my money from my birthday :(

  • how do you find out where they are filming?? really wanna meet them when they film xmas special! :)

  • @pwincessN1KK1 They're mainly filming in Wales... But I think its kinda pot luck as to if you find them out filming, there is a site with the Doctor Who locations from the last series, but I don't know if they have the new ones. The BBC tend to try and keep it a quite as posible, so they don't get a huge gathering of people.

  • XD He broke it, didn't he? Matt Smith's kinda famous for breaking things on set, now. Apperantly less than five minutes with the new screwdriver, and it was in two pieces. One of the prop workers cried.

    Y'know, or so I've read.

  • @LorChan1919 Haha yeah he's admitted that he's very clumsy and breaks lots of the props on set :P They have to keep making new sonic screwdrivers for him :P

  • With all the talk of Matt being so clumsy, I have a good feeling about this year's blooper reel :P

  • Nice grab,..thank you

  • LOL! I see Matt is dropping stuff already. Ooops! Moffat says he's a klutz...

  • Everyone knows The Timelords are justified & their ancient & they drive an Ice Cream Van ;-)

  • Why can't the explanation be that there just happens to be an ice cream truck in Leadworth village? Besides, according to production shots, the TARDIS crashes into some overgrowth near an abandoned house, so this can't be it.

  • What's with that ice cream van? Has the Doctor managed to fix the chameleon circuit perhaps?

  • maybe he want's some ice cream after regenerating lol!

  • remember all he needs is a nice cup of tea

  • Well, after killing and regrowing every cell in my body in about five seconds, I wouldn't say no to some.

  • last time it was tea, now it's ice cream. Twelve will be going out for pizza right after he regenerates, I imagine. LOL :)

  • Nah the Doctor knows he could fix it but he likes the form it's in.

  • @MrLazerBlade and so do the fans :D

  • @Trayusstudent1 nah, it's probally something to do with the episode....atleast...i hope he hasn't fixed it D:

  • the writers are not stupid enough make him fix the chameleon circuit. that would be doctor who geneside

  • @Trayusstudent1 If he fixed the TARDIS's chameleon circuit, what would be the point of disguising it as a motor vehicle? (Apart from the free ice cream, I suppose.)

  • @DragonSporks So it doesn't look conspicuous. Fair enough, an Ice Cream van would draw attention, but thats the point of the Chameleon Circuit, blend in with the surroundings :)

But yeah, the whole ice cream van TARDIS thing was a rumour goin around cos the actual TARDIS prop hadn't been seen during the filming and since we last saw the TARDIS on fire and exploding, a lot of people assumed it had accidentally fixed the circuit XD

    Ice Cream Yay :D

  • @Trayusstudent1 No, I understand the purpose of the chamelion circuit blending the TARDIS in; I just thought: Time And Relative Dimension In Space? Small, weak, combustion engine machine that can only move in two dimensions max? I'd rather become a Tethered Aerial Release Developed In Style!

It'd be terrible if the circuit ever gets fixed, but I'm sure the Doctor could un-fix it. Like all that hullabaloo over River and the brakes -- as if the makers Dr Who would ever lose that lovely noise!
