The Georgia Dome is too new for the State of Georgia to build a new facility - unless Blank is going to pay for it out of his own pocket, which I seriously doubt - so that's a pipe dream. And the State of Louisiana is presently renovating the Superdome specifically for the Saints at a cost of about $150 million - so that dog ain't gonna hunt either.
