  • Hi hi! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father burned crazy amounts of weight.

  • Also if you don't mind what shampo do use? I love your hair!

  • @786YaMahdizamana I believe at the time I was using es-cens-ia, its an organic hair shampoo, really really nice, I've been playing around lately with my shampoo and conditioners, trying to figure out what I like best.

  • What's your hair color? Have you dyed it?

  • @786YaMahdizamana I hadn't dyed my hair for quite awhile, but when I did I dyed my hair dark brown, by either clairol nice and easy for loreal paris, can't remember which one, but just dark brown.

  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • the way you think has a lot to do with your succses be positive.

  • @1000hightower Defnintley, that's one of the most biggest things in weightloss, your mindset :)

  • Thanks for your inspiring video! I've just started to change my lifestyle as well, I definitely need to work out more, but I'm just kind of getting into working out which I didn't really do ever before... :)

  • @MsDaisyandRose Yaaay, i wish you all the best, it definitely is a lifestyle change for sure :)

  • You say over the course a lot. Anyway, good job (: !

  • Awesome video! My husband and I recently made a deal with each other to get in shape. I am in the same situation you were as far as weight. I'm 5'5'' and 130 but just haven't been eating healthy and have been slowly gaining weight so I want to make a change. My husband needs to get in shape because he is in the Navy.

I unfortunately love sweet tea and soda :( I do drink water but that habit will be hard to break cause I've tried before.

Your video gave me great ideas, loved it!

  • @Kathrn89 Awesome, hope it all goes amazing for you and your hubby, it definitely is a lot of work, but it's great that you both want to do it. Always seems to be easier when someone is there along your side cheering you on :)

  • You should be a victoria secret angel!:)

  • @LearnToFly931 Awwww ♥

  • I live on bread but I really get sick of it sometimes.

Question, is bread really that bad for you?

  • @auag19 Mmmmm I love bread. I don't think I'd eat it all the time though, but if you are eating healthy options like whole wheat, flax seed, any thing other than white really, it isn't bad for you, I just would think it to feel very heavy in your stomach, but maybe not, never eaten all the time :)

  • @MrsFurballButterfly Yeah I always eat brown bread.

I'm gonna lose 15 pounds in these upcoming 2 months. So even tho it's brown bread I'm gonna substitute it with oatmeal or eggs or crackers. I hope it works.

  • Thanks for this! I'm trying to lose 15 pounds at the moment too (see my video!) .. I have exactly the same problem with my partner and not helping each other. Now I'm determined to change things and take charge. I agree that it's necessary to have a long-term view of these things. Weight loss isn't a temporary fix!

  • @determinatorgirl Good on you, it definitely is a lifestyle for sure, I hope all goes well for you :)

  • Hey, follow me on Twitter for Daily Health and Fitness Tips to help you reach your potential! @ElsaVitality :)

  • HOLY SHIT YOUR VOICE!??!?!? AHHHHH

  • i would recommend weight training the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn the leaner you will look.. bodyrock is good for cardio but i highly recommend weight training .. doing split workouts work the best.. check out my channel im new but im uploading workout videos and my training and also my boyfriend a all natural bodybuilder.. nutrition is everything

  • Ugh, I lost 30lbs last year just hitting the treadmill hard for 45-1hr in 3 months. NOW I feel burned out on it & haven't ran like that in a while. I know I need to switch it up and get excited again but I don't know what I can do since the elliptical in my gym is DOA. Any ideas besides running outside -- my knees can't handle that. ;(

  • @asiancaramel Hello. I would say get a workout dvd series like turbo fire, chalean xtreme, any of the beachbody series are simply phenomenal and when you eat right along with doing the workouts you honestly start to see results quick. I would also recommend Toneitup, they are amazing as well, their workouts are so fun and easy to follow, and I too have seen results with their workouts. If you want a lot more cardio though, bodyrock.tv is amazing, they do high interval training and it works :)

  • @asiancaramel I hope that all helped, those are the most effective ones I can think of, and if you do bodyrock, you get a lot of cardio as well as strength training benefits. I don't workout outside, but walking for an hr is always another great way to get in some cardio, and you can walk everyday. I sure hope these ideas help you out :)

  • u know

  • You should check out bodyrock.tv I haven't changed my diet at all, though I eat relatively healthy just a normal diet (I still eat a little chocolate here and there). And I put on 5kgs last year and I have been doing bodyrock since the start of december and I've already lost 2kgs! So almost half way there! The best thing is that it's free and it's a great community definitely check it out, they're like your own personal trainers! AMAZING!

  • You look like a brunette Emma Stone

  • Way to go! You look great. :) I have to say tho, Cod Liver Oil has a lot of downsides. You're better off with an organic or pure fish oil. Research it a little and you'll see what I mean. Keep up the great work! :)

  • @SamanthaSpellbound Thank you, good to know, I will def look into it a little more :)

  • your shirt color is very nice ..where did you get it from? and thanks for sharing the video

  • YOU LOOK LIKE KATY PERRY :)

  • @NNALEECHAA :)

  • i wanna lose 15 lbs too! thanks for the motivation

  • @addictedtomarsbars Mmmmm, turkey burgers, I could eat 3 or 4 of those bad boys, they are tasty...or a big ol' chicken mozza burger, now I'm hungry

  • your eyesss<333

  • @fiannabeauty Thanks :)

  • Great work!

  • Where are you from? You have an interesting accent!

  • @k4evans1 Canada :)

  • @MrsFurballButterfly Yeah !!! Canada!!!!!!

  • the first week or 2 of diet nd excercise it comes off easily lk 7-10lbs in them first 2 weeks and then it starts going to llk 1-2 pounds a week! so idk how it took u a yr to lose wat most ppl lose in about 2-3 months if even!!? :) but good for u anyways

  • @FantasiaX96X In the beginning I didn't eat differently, I ate horribly still, it wasn't until my eating habits changed that I actually lost weight quicker. I almost lost nothing for the first maybe, 6 months. I probably should have said that, cuz I guess a yr sounds terrible, LOL!

  • You're gorgeous, thank you for the video :-)

  • @LagunaBeach24 Thanks, and your welcome :)

  • congrats!

  • @GlamSolutions Thank you :)

  • since you were talking about subs and always choosing whole wheat i just thought you should know that at subway the bread that is the best for you is actually the white one, i know that sounds crazy but it has the lowest calories and lowest sodium, etc. cause their wheat is not whole wheat and is dyed brown. just thought i'd let you know =)

  • @BrittBonshor oh another thing i wanted to mention is the superman (where u lie on ur stomache and lift ur legs and hands up into the air as high as u can) it really helps to strengthen your lower back! xo

  • @BrittBonshor Wow, thank you, I definitely didn't know that. I just assumed cuz it was brown, good to know!!!

  • I started my weight loss journey in 2009 it was my resolution. I lost 45 pounds in the last almost 3 years. It came off slowly some people lose that much in like 6 months but for me its been slow and steady now that i'm a healthy weight 166 to 121 and bmi Those last 5 ibs is even harder to leave. Your right the healthy way is best I did all the fad diets and lost but when I gained it back it was twice as much.Losing weight is a journey you learn as you go its trial and error.

  • @Bubbles382 So well stated :) Congrats that is so incredibly amazing. I am stuck on my last 5 too :(

  • Good job! Im also trying to loose weight or at least tone up a bit, check out my video and tell me what you think :)

  • HEY EVERYONE I'M 28 DAYS INTO MY RAW FOOD DIET!

  • Wow as soon as I saw your second outfit I was like....wow..

You are such an inspiration! Honestly, you look amazing and you have a great personality too! Loved your video!

I'm working on losing my last 15 pounds :)

  • @xfiori Awww thank you so much. I wish you the best on your weightloss, it's hard, but the payoff makes all the sweat and frustrating moments so worth it!!

  • I just lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I lost from eating as little as possible. Acually, I feel better not eating much. My best friend dumping me helped also. When you don't eat much, you really don't have to count calories that much, which is good for me because it is too much work. I have never lost weight with exercise, although Im sure it would help. I have had a couple relaps and ate sweets and got physically ill, and depressed. So that gives me more motivation. i have about 25more to lose

  • they're called resistance bands ;)

  • youre gorgeous

  • thank you so much! you have a great figure and you remind me a bit of katy perry =)

  • I'm into junk food, lol! I love my chips & dip. I reall wanna lose my baby weight I gained with my 3rd baby,I'm 5'10" at 170lbs. I kno that sounds really big,but if u look at my pic,u can tell I'm not fat at all.I just wanna get rid oe my bellly, hehe!

  • @Chirsty76 Oh boy tell me about junk food, that was and still is my weakness. Here's what I did/do to beat that addiction, LOL! I don't buy it at all, cuz if it's in the house I eat it, if it's not, I don't. If I am really craving a snack and have felt deprived I will get a small bag of chips, or 1 chocolate bar, or one scoop of ice cream. In the meanwhile, I eat carrots and dip, corn chips and salsa, and lot and lots of fruit. Hope this helps!

  • @MrsFurballButterfly thanks so much!

  • this is really motivating! i have the exact same problem as you had. thankyou :)

  • @Jamiesprinkles NP. glad it could help :)

  • I'm 125lbs right now and I want to lose weight. I lose like 5lbs but always gain it back on and off :/ I want to be 110lbs and I've been trying for a year now. Thank you so much for the video it really helped! :))

Also, do you know how many calories you ate each day? Did you count? And how did you stay motivated? I'm sooo bad at staying motivated :(

  • @countrylover881 I do count calories, I guess on a normal day I eat around 1000-1400 depending on the day and then I try to burn at least 300-500 by working out. I stay motivated by thinking about how much I want to have a healthy body, how great working out makes me feel during and after, it is hard to do it somedays, but if I always do it, I never regret it.

  • @MrsFurballButterfly thanks! :)

  • are you canadian?

  • @BrunettexxxBabii Indeed, I am!

  • Your videos are great!

  • @MVPSOFTBALLTRAINING Um, what exactly was the point of that comment?

  • Thanks for you video, and your idea is right.

  • @RIYAD690 Thanks. It has definitely work for me :)

  • Hey...I also wanna lose 20lbs over the course of the year...Do you mind sharing your before and after weights and pics?

  • @LelaDebutante That's awesome, with patience, time and hard work it is completely do-able.

  • YOU LOOK GREAT!! & understand your wall issues...I wrestled for 12 years....burning more than you take in is the way to go...it DOES depened on more so your lifestyle which can be changed around...

  • @THREEFLOORSDOWN1 Thank you :) You're totally right, it is completely a lifestyle, not a diet that will make a difference :)

  • Great advice!

  • @hollywoodmeka Thank you :)

  • This is amazing! What are your tips for growing out and caring for long hair? :/

  • @susy4life4eva I will be putting up a video really really soon, I promise...I will be talking about my hair and all the tips and tricks I use, stay tuned. xx

  • 15-20 lbs is a GREAT weight loss for a year?!?! congrats girl!! so true when ur dating/married you can gain a lot of weight!!! definitely weight training is a great way to burn calories. ive read in articles that weight lifting (light weights) is a calorie fat burner more than cardio!! keep it up Christy~ :)))

  • @lladycho Aww thanks girl. xxx

  • @tifaniee Aww thank you. I agree, having someone to support you is so encouraging. I have found great support here on youtube. My friends aren't into fitness at all, so I have been totally alone on this journey, but not anymore, which is amazing. xxx

  • @tifaniee Thank you so much. I credit my skin being decent to not wearing liquid foundation, as well I switched to cetaphil cleaner/moisturizer last summer, and it did wonders for my face. As for my hair, I am trying to be as kind to it as possible. I am going to have a hair care vid up in the next couple weeks, you should check it out.

If you ever need some encouragement, I am totally there for you in your weightloss journey. xxx

  • Thank you so much for sharing your story! I have gotten to the point as well where I need to get into a good fitness routine and start eating healthier! It definitely helps give me the encouragement to start doing it all day every day instead of just every once in a while! Haha! I have a stationary bike as well so hopefully I can start using it more! Also, could you do a tutorial on how you did your hair? It looks gorgeous yet effortless! :D

  • @InkSparrow That is awesome, I want to actually do a few vids, showing my personal inspirations, and what I am actually doing, eating, so you all can see. My hair was just 2 day only hair that I brushed out from my rag curls. I will try to get a vid up how I did it though :)

  • Thanks for the great advice! I'm also trying to lose some weight and I totally agree with going slowly and making it a lifestyle change. If you want to keep the weight off you have to be willing to commit to working out and eating healthy for life, personally I think it makes going out for treats much more exciting!

  • @daniellecheeks Yes absolutely, the weight is more likely to stay off and be maintained when you make it a lifestyle, great wording ;) I definitely feel less guilty about treats, cuz that's truly what they are now a treat every now and again. xxx
