Kids like to "control" and use this chart -- as you suggest. They can come to your office with out fear of that Snellen chart, and can work with you to solve visual problem

F*** my eye specialist, I got glasses and I can read 20/10 with both of my eyes! From 6-7 feet away, but it looks clearer with my glasses :D

The last time I went to my optometrist I noticed that my nearsightedness got worse. Me: "Sorry, I can't see a thing". O: "Which row are you talking about?" Me: "The whole chart".

This eye chart has Seriffed typeface which is not valid for checking visual accuity

This is not a valid test, you used an incorrect font that has "feet" on the ends of the letters disrupting the connectivity of the lines. Thats easy to see where the sixth letter of the last line has the appearence of both a B, F and E.

Eye tests are about identifying the geometry of the letters and a geometrically correct letter does not have "embroidery" or "tails and feet" for decoration. The resolution of the video format is also just a bit too low for the last line.
