The Giffords shooting reminds eerily of the nut job Edward Payne, the guy who caused Chantal so much trouble.
Payne was also weird + told everyone he was sexually abused since 13 by his own mother + claimed he is a Vet, when, just like the Loughner nut, he was NOT even accepted into the military!
Last we know of him he was (as so often in the past) arrested in a huge church for screaming, causing a heck of a disturbance. How in the hell did they let him out of the mental institution again?

@txhal9000 Because it did not make sense in the first place seems like she or he, looks like a man dressed up like a woman to me. Just used a bunch of big words that did not even make sense. What was the get injected with traqualizers and taken to a mental hospital mean, and someone was molested as a child mean? Also, In some states it is illegal to record phone conversations and if I am in Florida, and I listen to it isn't that illegal because, not legal in Florida.
