    Great tips;

    I need to start meditating again after my workouts;

  • my new ritual is drinking 2 glasses of water immediately every morning and then waiting 45 minutes before eating breakfast. This lets the water replenish your body, and since I have started doing this I have had a lot more energy throughout the day

  • Lately, I have found that Active Meditation works for me best. When I feel a little stressed or over-worked, I would take a walk, exercise, or do something with my hands. When I'm doing something physical, I find myself focusing on the feeling of it and the goal I am trying to reach. Sometimes, it can go on for hours, but eventually I do reach that goal I'm focusing on. By becoming familiar with that type of focus, I can finally complete the projects I have set out without feeling stressed
