Hmm which part, never had much problem where I am must admit, but there are certainly bad places. My mum died in hospital of a horrendous stroke, the nurses changed and cared for her, in terms of nursing care could not have asked for better.

But like I say its not perfect and there are deficits in areas. But since funding has increased things are getting better.

The question remains though is free health care a better provision than none?.
