Good on you for using two eggs and butter, I'd never use a brush tho.

Eggs don't look beaten enough, pans not hot enough when you add the eggs.

You're stirring too much all you need to do is bring in the sides of the omelettes and pour the uncooked egg underneath.

But overall looks nice
