cause the car was stopped on a decline facing a through street... usually we would just pull in front of the car creating a barrier in case the car should start to roll it doesnt roll into traffic but seeing as how there wasnt enough room to park in front of the car w/o the nose sticking out in traffic they had to park sideways on the curb

A black woman and I left the post office in West Hollywood.
She noticed a police officer was giving her a ticket.
She was parked in the RED ZONE.
Her excuse was "I am running late for the airport!"
