I was just thinking: If cell phones were around back in the 70s and 80s, I think it would be such a riot if there were a Two-Headed Monster sketch in which they would try to use one. But they wouldn't understand about contracts, high fees, etc. ;) LOL
What would've been funny is if after they crashed the second time, you heard them saying something about seatbelts again, and then they reverse again back onto the screen and off again while going ''OH NOOOOOOOOO!'
Classic Sesame Street. Saw this when I was about 6 or 7 back in the 80's. How could they possibly get enough speed to do that kind of damage with those styrofoam bricks and debris? That car looks like a smashed hat and runs like it is from 1903! LOL
i am so glad you posted this clip. i loved watching this 20 something years ago. my sister and i would always quote this one because it was just to funny. and of course i always wear my seatbelt when driving (thanks 2 headed monster lol)
I don't blame you. I wouldn't let those boys drive my 2007 Ford Taurus SE for the same reason you gave. Nobody would let these monsters drive any car.
This is one of my all time favorite THM skit just because of when Richard's character says "Forward!" and Jerry's says "Ho!" and then they go backwards it just funny to me.
Basically I believe that the first head is ready to drive-while the second one is telling him to put on his seatbelt-for safety-when the first one finally figures it out he smacks his head for being stupid. You don't have to understand the Two Headed monster in order to know what's going on.
This video clip is funny and stupid. I like the part when they were talking when the car was in motion. What the hell are they trying to say? I don't understand their language.
I love this! They know how to wear a seatbelt but they can't drive a car! How on earth did they pass their driver's test? Love the way they start chanting while strapping themselves in.

Two questions: If they went to England, and the other one drove, do you think he would do better?
And: Who do you charge in the hit-and-run that occurred? LOL! :-)

Its good to know that the one with the horns pointing down knows that you need to put on your seat belt before you drive a car.

Looks like they crashed into a house or something (I can see bricks on the car!). Hilarious, nonetheless.

I wonder if any little kids would learn to put on their seat belts before leaving after watching this clip.

How in the world did they get their driver's license?!
NDW85 4 years ago
I don't know. LOL.
videoguy100 4 years ago 4
It's obvious! They went to the DMV - the Department of Monster Vehicles.
sawing14s 4 years ago
That explains everything. :-)
videoguy100 4 years ago 2
Or maybe the people at the Department of motor, or monster, vehicles got tired of them coming down there and wrecking all their cars.
NDW85 4 years ago 2
I believe that's true. Good point you have there.

How did they fling all those bricks into the air as the "car-crash" sound effect were heard?
Were the bricks thrown by a catapult?
