I have gotten one of those fake check before.man let me tell ya when i first saw the amount of that check i went nut.and when i went to the bank they gave me a look like I was a peace of shit.Whats the matter why you liking at me lack that,Will when the teller told that check is fake.Man I felt knee high to an ant.

My main advice is don't believe everything you hear or read..do your own research, compare, etc...take your time before make a decision. There are good opportunities but also a lot of scam...

@goldmine332 I worked with a scam company from London for over 8 months. Oh yes they paid me at first... but then the big money came in as promised. It was a counterfeit check sent to me ... I took it to the bank and they secretly were calling the police. I went to jail for 6 days and was released... but not until they accused me of starting it myself... trying to get info. 6 days in jail... right here in Orange County Ca...

never ever do or sign up for a work at home job where you dispatch goods an turn it around an send it back etc.. don't matter how good an proffesional the site looks ,who knows when the cops come knocking lol

you guy NEED to watch NBC's "to catch an ID theif"!!!!! it's on youtube. search it! also, if you have time, watch "to catch a con man". they are both very good shows i recommend them. shows you how all these "scamming" works and how you can protect yourself!!

I lost $25k sending payment to china for wholesale goods. The company was a legit wholesaler at first, they always shipped on time and quickly with no problems. Then they came up with this Chinese New Year scam where they got all their customers to place big orders because there were going on "holiday" for a month. So to speed things up I skipped the escrow service to ensure the order was placed before the Chinese New Year, then didn't realize til six weeks later no product was going to arrive.

Wow this is very informative, have had someone try something similar with me exept they tried to use me as a money mule, thank god I didnt fall for it! Proves you should do research on any opportunity before you fully get into it. I hope there are more news bulletins like this exposing people that like to cheat good honest people.

Do they tell you to use wire transfer services or to cash a check?

Is it unsolicited?

Asking for personal information?from overseas? Spam Emails? 2 good to be true??

Block phone numbers?

Work from Home?

If yes to one or more of the questions, it's a scam!!!
