@PhonyTube101 (sorry for late reply!) i'm not quite sure. do you mean vb as in visual basic - the program? if so, try uninstalling visual basic and reinstalling with a newer version because the out-of-date versions can sometimes glitch (i think the latest one at the moment is visual basic 2010) - hope this works

@terlika77777 Don't lie please. Just for the sake of this apparent 'security and scam issue', I have deleted the program and re-installed the program. I scanned the installer, all the program components and the utility itself to check for security or virus issues. Nothing appeared and Norton told me the program is safe and secure to use. - Have you downloaded anything else recently? And don't forget, a virus can be downloaded, at any time, to your computer, just while browsing the internet.

@royfireball1 hmm so the errors may not be fixing.... (1) Have you tried scanning and fixing, restarting Windows, then scanning again? Do the errors still appear?  (2) Try uninstalling and then reinstalling; there may be an error in the installment. (3) Have you tried looking at the System Requirements on the site? (4) What are the errors that keep showing up?

Just a note: To run this program you NEED to be Administrator because you may be restricted from running Registry Cleaners (or any other utilities). @MrRobert422 Firstly, are you running as administrator (right-click the program folder and select Run as Administrator) because if your not administrator Windows may stop you from fixing registry. I Just tried it & I had 2877 errors... so I fixed the problems, then scanned again, with only 2 Non-Existant Folders popping up, so for me it worked (Win 7 Ultimate). (Windows constantly gets registry errors so your bound to get these problems often).

just tried this myself, i don't think it worked. I go into run and type regedit.exe and i get registry editing has been disabled by your administrator

@Alexbenz2008 All you have to do is download this program and follow the video. You don't need to manually enter your registry by going regedit.exe as this program searches and fixes errors for you. If FreeRegistryFix doesn't load, then you may have restrictions. Try running as administrator (right-click the program)
