@HighSchoolJeeps If you're talking about the silver CJ....I built all of that, fenders, winch bumper front and rear and all the internal and external cage. I can shoot you a link of the build if you want.
@TheJeepWheeler True, you do need to learn throttle control first. If you try working the wheel at full throttle too much, the steering axle U-joints won't live long.
There was a guy I knew who had a real difficult time with throttle control, everybody called him "Bonzai", lol.
LOVE YOUR VIDEO IT REMINDS ME OF ME 20 YEARS AGO WITH GOOD OLD BUDDYS OUT HAVING SOME FUN!!!!! THANKS KEEP DOING IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very cool video. We have a Jeep and a group of friends who are also jeepers and we love snow wheelin. We live near Olympia Wa and love to find new places to jeep. Where do you usually jeep at?
@TheJeepWheeler LOL, I hope that's a joke :) We run between 3-9 PSI depending on snow conditions. . . . so yep, we air down ;) I think the white jeep runs about 5 w/ no locks.
haha just a lil joke. i run 3 psi on my 33's on black steelies, by the looks of those tires, you should be letting off the damn throttle and try and stay on top of the snow
@TheJeepWheeler It kinda looks that way but it was real sugary snow, no stayin on top, didn't pack worth a crap and once you broke through the 1" crust it was time to get with it. There's a time for crawling but this wasn't one of them. We ran 2 psi on our 36" iroks and lost a bead, no locks, on steelies in some crusty suck snow. Now we've got stauns with 40" and haven't had a problem LOL
i got some shitty Big O X/T tire with some REALLY plyable sidewalls, they pillow out alot. Is It Bias ply tires that have stiffer sidewalls? can really remember. maybe try going with a softer sidewalls? i dont know
@TheJeepWheeler Yes, bias ply have stiffer sidewalls. We had radials on ours but the white jeep has bias. Now we run 2-3 psi with locks but our new rig is a lot heavier than our cj so the bias plys bulge pretty good. We run into a lot of roots so we opted to go with a stiffer sidewall now.
great vid, love the song man! We're saving up for a big bronco run to Tahuya in april, hope to come home with some awesome footage. Supposed to be like 15 or so broncos there!
what kind of brush guard/bumper/external frame called and where can i find it?

sweeeet driving. not often you see some1 who knows how to work the steering wheel.
l337pwnage 1 year ago
@l337pwnage
mainly the throttle, it takes a real person with an understanding for snow driving in order to play with the throttle like they were.
