I haven't had the Crystal Light version of these, but I've had the South Beach in Tropical and in Strawberry Banana, and I found that they didn't dissolve very well and had kind of a fibrous/Metamucil taste going on. But I may not have added enough water, or maybe the Crystal Light ones are better. Will have to try it out!

It disolves pretty well! Another thing is to mix them up in warm water then add ice. :)

I looked for the SB ones b/c I had a coupon but couldn't find those!
