I would have loved to do another season on Black Sash as Baguazhang coach and fight choreographer. It was great working with Russell who is really good at Chinese martial arts as well as the others. I think the show could have matured into itself if it had been given a chance.

They should try to do a show like this again, hell get back the same writers if possible, I think it would do well especially if they use a style that is a little bit unknown again(tai chi, ba qua, xing yi, or maybe just authentic shaolin) It was interesting to see how another martial art trained, see the relationships between students and teachers, all of it. Great show that never got a fair chance thanks to a damn time slot decision by short sighted people.

If this show was to air now, the only network I can see it being on is ABC Family and that not a bad thing . It seems like shows like this that water down real life situations where their always an happy ending or life lesson to be learn can only survived on ABC Family.

This show was good and was not given a fair chance by the WB. It pisses me off. Russell Wong is a talented actor and deserved better.

@domination713 Nah Rusell Wong is a bit old now but he can be a good Akuma with enough make up, he does have the height and muscular build but I think Kane Kosugo would be a good Ryu.

the show is about a guy who is an ex-cop, divorced, has a little girl, and trains 5 students in kungfu. Its an action drama. and revolves around their lives and kungfu. im mad it was canceled. CW only shows soap opera dramas now, they got rid of almost all the action shows. only 3 of them left i think.
