@khensuneferhetep spiritual work is something that you can do all the time... while you work, while you have a conversation, change a diaper, or prepare a meal. it doesn't have it's own separate compartment in life, it never stops & there's always time to do it. plus, as you continue in your journey, your environment appears less toxic/antagonistic & you begin to realize that although it may have influenced you, it was never your outer environment that needed changing.
