Sen. Cornyn's Amendment to Prevent Medicare Fraud and Abuse

Hundreds of billions of dollars can be saved by getting rid of the fraud, abuse, waste within medicare, and those dollars can be used to help fund the national healthcare bill currently being discussed.

Why didn't the members of the congressional branch, both chambers, think of this all these years? What have they been doing besides lunching with lobbyists, taking their money and out stumping for or against bills they vote on without bothering to read them?

What a two-faced pandering RINO Republican who claims to be against deficit spending, but votes for it all the time. He just doesn't like it when the money isn't being spent on the things he wants to spend it on. We need someone to replace this hypocrite. Too bad Senators get to serve 6 years. Once they get in, you can't get them out because of the special interest and corporate campaign donations that come flooding in, building up the corruption war chest. Only term limits will stop it.

It's sad that a few bad doctors make ALL doctors victims of malpractice abuse. Pooring more money into medicaid will only make fraud MUCH worse. You are correct Senator, it must be cleaned up, somehow...
