It's great fun to watch these storms if you get to an open area. That's awesome. I haven't seen a great lightning storm in a while.

The other night we had a thunderstorm & lightning storm.Didn't think to take out my camera.

@pulse0000 I should have put mine on a tripod and left it running but the wind was blowing too hard and would have knocked it over.

It's monsoon season here in Arizona. I have been seeing lightning almost every day. I like sitting out on the deck watching the display.

Is that a result of “Bonnie”? She kinda missed us here. We got a little bit of hard rain but it didn’t last long.

@RC62 Not sure about how much Bonnie impacted the weather here but I would not discount it. We have occasional thunderstorms pop up from afternoon heating. We didn't get much rain at all.
