  • OK, thanks to the shitty quality of the video, this is what I think happened...ball hit the pitcher, popped up to the 2nd baseman who caught the ball, ball never hit the ground so he's out. tossed it to 2nd, tossed it to first.

  • which pixel was the ball? lol

  • 240 p We meet again....

  • didnt understand the 1st out

  • 0:30 "he did a backflip" i was like wtf? where? haha

  • i didnt see him throw it either???

  • @nolansapp he didnt throw it stupid

  • its a good thing they had the annotations because i didnt see the pitcher throw it to seconnd

  • @XxballertownXx he doesn't throw it. The ball is a line drive that hit the pitcher's arm and went straight to the 2nd baseman's glove. it was like we witnessed divine intervention.

  • holy cow

  • annotations copied from ChristopherY's triple play video :P but still a nice nice play

  • @jc2y yeah. that's where i got the idea. but that video is wayyyyy more clear than mine. i think it's a little more necessary for this video

  • repeatedly click 6 and watch the ball

  • I can't tell what happened. Someone let me know?

  • Comment removed

  • @MegaDman321 that is not true at all. The ball can hit whoever and and still be in play. As long as it is caught before it touched the ground, the runners have to tag up.

  • @MegaDman321 hahahaha... yuo have to tag up!!!!!!!!

  • Chmp chomp bitches!

  • THAT JUST HAPPENED

  • WHAT JUST HAPPENED

  • i have to say pretty nice job to the announcer, i woulda choked

  • @kidneybog ---I was thinkin the same thing. I had to watch it a few times; it all happened so fast, but he was right on it.

  • that will keep the pitch count down

  • its a triple all way what does this mean

  • hahah....HOLY COW

  • I've done a triple play before

  • took me multiple times to be able to see how the ball got to the second baseman. ricocheted off the pitcher, lobbed in the air to the second baseman, tossed to the shortstop at second base, then throw to first. that was tight despite it not looking to pretty

  • aahahahahahahahahahahahha holy cow xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • is left-handed baseball ...?

or the video is turned ...? XD

  • that was awesome

  • my team had a quadruple play before... if there were 4 outs. bases loaded, no outs, sac bunt miss strike 3, tags runner coming home, throws to second, throws to first

  • @Austin101123 yeah i hit a 5 run homer before. it was sweet. 2 standing on 2nd base

  • @mets558 are you bieng sarcastic, because i was bieng for real

  • the pitcher never even threw the damn ball

  • can sombodi esplain me whrers the treible play???????????'

  • the florida gators are the best in everything. best school ever too.; i love them and the sec.

  • HOLY COW!!!! THE GATORSUCK

  • One reason the triple happen was stuipd baserunning what fucking idoits at second and first lol and froildy rules.

  • nice play!

  • watch all the way through the first time and listen to announcer at the end and u will understand and see whats happening better if u wath it a second time

  • @xKJxJIKLER i did that and i stilll didn't understand becasue i dont know the names of hte players. so line drive to pitcherr..he caught it? then what.

  • @danamessmegann ok so what happened was it was a line drive to the pitcher and deflected off his glove and the second basemen caught it, then the 2nd basemen flipped it to short to get the second out then short throws to first to get the last out of the inning.

  • @xKJxJIKLER thank youu!!!

  • Alright now that was sick

  • Nice

  • the pitcher was clueless lol

  • so it was Hit, caught, out, second base, then first?

  • @CarterDreed612 A terrible triple play? how can getting 3 outs in one play be terrible? no matter how ugly a triple play may be, it can never be terrible.

  • @SuculantJ so very true. its not everyday you see a triple play. honestly ive only ever seen 4 in my whole life in person. and ive been around baseball my whole life

  • @SuculantJ a triple play is good no matter how it looks

  • @SuculantJ terrible for the other team maybe?

  • @SuculantJ I agree, i think the more sloppy the play it is the more unique it is..

  • @SuculantJ i think he meant for the other team it was a terrible triple play for them

  • @CarterDreed612 There's no such thing as a terrible triple play...

  • @CarterDreed612 Dude, that was a terrible comment...

  • @CarterDreed612 exactly man. it went from no outs to 3 outs in one play. no matter how sloppy it is ill take it any day

  • @CarterDreed612 that actually wasnt terrible that was extremely cool catch it back hand it to 2nd then to 1st...you probably cant even pick up a baseball huh?

  • @CarterDreed612 Do a better triple play then you can say its terrible

  • It is actually possible to get 4 outs in an inning, dropped 3rd strike safe at 1st.

  • @tgrace10 If he's safe at first on a dropped third strike, it's not an out. You can have four (or more) strikeouts in an inning, but not four outs.

  • @tgrace10 no it's not because then the out doesn't count. It's possible to get 4+ strikeouts in an inning but not 4+ outs

  • @hypeiz4real what the hell u talkin about 4 strikeouts means 4 outs and u dont make sense with what your saying

  • Comment removed

  • @rollingstone0609 If you look at my post I was responding to someone else who said it was possible to get four outs in an inning. (@tgrace10). I was explaining that it's not possible to get four outs but it is possible to get 4+ strikeouts (dropped third strike, safe at first) Read a little more carefully before you get all cranky

  • @hypeiz4real

If your talking about a "strikeout" where the catcher dropped the ball and didn't throw it out to 1st in time, that's still not a "strikeout" . Get your knowledge of baseball straight.

  • @Stohz

It's amazing how oblivious to baseball some of you are that you are to the point where you are talking to other people like they have no idea what they are talking about. The pitcher is still statistically credited for the strikeout if the runner is safe on first after a dropped third strike. Felix Hernandez accomplished the feat not even a week ago. Get your baseball knowledge straight clown

  • @Stohz No, that's ruled a strikeout and generally an error on the catcher unless it was a wild pitch that for whatever reason the batter swung at. It looks like someone else needs to get some knowledge straight.

  • @alexholowczak ok it hasto be atleast six feet off the ground

  • Why wasn't this ruled an infield fly?

  • @alexholowczak. it was a line drive off of the pitcher. not a flyball

  • @alexholowczak

because the infield fly rule (doesn't necessarily need to be a fly ball but usually is) only applies, if an infielder can make the out with an ordinary effort - and a line drive deflected by the pitcher and the caught by the second baseman is anything but an ordinary effort (shitload of luck, yes but anything but easy)

  • @alexholowczak Infield flys must be like 15 meters high or something like that. Don't quote me on that though.

  • @DUNK6AROO infield fly has to be a routine fly ball for an infielder with 0 or 1 outs with runners on at least first and second. Its all in the discretion of the umpire if he finds the ball being routine or not.

  • @gogetareeljob thx guy. Baseball ftw

  • @gogetareeljob this wasn't a fly bal;

  • @thehotoneisin I never said it was!

  • @alexholowczak infield FLY, it was a line drive

  • @alexholowczak Because it wasn't a fly ball

  • go gators

  • @aanddbaseball well i know but I'm talking about the top half or bottom of the inning. he asked if you could get a quadruple play which is impossible.

  • Line drive off the pitchers glove, second baseman caught it (1st out) flips to second for the force (2nd out) and over to first for out number three

  • can someone explain me what happen? i do not saw the ball!

  • is it possible to get 4 out?

  • no idiot there are 3 outs in an inning dumb ass

  • Why you so mad? Did someone piss in your fruitloops or something?

  • because you asked a stupid question.

  • Still no reason to spas like that. You are hilarious.

  • @GoodEvenings there's still no reason to be d-d-d duu dumm dumb do you understand

  • What if I asked a question to a subject you weren't familiar with but a really easy question nonetheless. Get my point? I don't know much about baseball, doesn't make anyone a dumbass, because its not common knowledge. I could call you a dumbass for that very reason.

  • @GoodEvenings oh well sorry it's just i didn't know you weren't big on baseball or knew the rules, look I'm sorry for what i said because i was just assuming you knew bout baseball.

  • @TheSickeningBurnz666

no idiot there are 6 outs in an inning dumb ass

  • dude I KNOW i was talking about THE FIRST FUCKING HALF OF THE INNING in which you have to get 3 outs to end the FIRST half of the innings or second half

  • are you sure thats what you were talking about? cause i think you dont...

  • no, i knew its just i was directing it more towards the point that you can't get 4 outs, i mean you could if you got 3 outs the 1st inning and then 1 out the next one but i think we both know that if somebody asked if there could be a quadruple we would agree it's a stupid question to ask.

  • jaja muy weno

  • Comment removed

  • how dont people believe this?? haha i tagged the runner going to third base and the third basemen didnt tag up so i tagged third base.

  • Cause you're a liar.

  • man what the fuck! its true.. you guys dont realize how fucking stupid you sound when i know that its true. go fuck yourself, prick!

  • Don't be such a fucking baby, kid.

  • im not being a baby im just trying to make all you dumbasses realize thats its true.

  • the pitcher touch the ball, and the ball flies to second basement.... so it is a fly out

  • how did the ball get to the SS

  • 2nd base threw it over scumbag

  • second baseman passed it... looks like it hit hte pitcher and stayed in the air.. second baseman catches it passes it to SS then to first

  • Damn ball is hard to see on the vid

  • florida is the best

  • my triple play story :]

there was a fly ball hit to left and there was a runner on second she threw it to second to get the girl out then the second baseman threw it home and we challenged the girl on third for leaving early and got her out. it was cool :]

  • but your grammar is not

  • umm relevance?

for someone whose user name is "the quiet kid" you sure post pointless comments.

  • oooo....snappy comeback. Between your five line run on sentence and your attitude. My guess is your about twelve years old.

Look, it's common curtsy to write or type in a way that makes it easy for other people to read. If you can't understand that you are not going to have very many people who think very much of you, and even fewer who even want to deal with you.

  • *you're

    sheesh

  • Courtesy* Please spell everything correctly or I won't be able to understand you.

  • hahahaha

  • ur a fag

  • go uk

  • fuck u

  • nice nice too bad i hate the gators

  • holy canoly

  • love the pitchers expression haha he has no clue what happened!

  • whtever hahahaha

  • this is crazy and anyone who thinks baseball is stupid and boring has to watch this

  • i love baseball, but your arguement is dumb. and i love playing baseball, but it does get boring at times lol. I once was in the field for a 50 minute inning, it SUCKED

  • damn your pitcher must of fucking sucked.

  • that, tons of foul balls, and a few dumb errors

it was the 4th inning, and it was like 55 degrees out with wind.

  • haha I've had a ten minute at bat once and it was the bottom of the seventh we had runners on second and third and it was a 3-2 count for like five of the ten minutes. I ended up hitting it to the fence and my team won the game.

  • I was at that game and somehow forgot about it, thanks for posting.

  • wow baseball si boring until that triple play lol

  • im a longhorns fan but i like time tebow so i like the gators

  • who is time tebow

  • go gators.....texans are cry babies

  • nice play! GO GATORS!

  • 2nd base caught it tagged the base and threw it back to first

    AMZING PLAY

  • are you serious? rewatch faget

  • hmm i dnt get the tripe play force at 2nd thats one then runner going to 1st thats two outs so wheres the 3rd??

  • it hit the pitcher, bounced up, the 2nd basmean caught it (1st out), then he threw to the SS on 2nd (2nd out cuz he didnt tag up) then he threw it to 1st (3rd, wheree the runner also didnt tag up)

  • the 2nd baseman catches the ball

  • The first out is the batter (because the second base guy caught the ball in the air).

The second out is the guy that ran to the third base (he was supposed to go back to second base).

The thrid out is the guy heading back to first base.

Awesome play. It all happened so fast, they didn't see it coming.

  • tag up... they didn't know that he caught it

  • he caught it in the air

  • HOLY COW!!! Who is that Harry Carry?

  • yah right

  • Go GATORS!!!!!!!!

  • Holy Cow!!!

  • it even says it deflected off the pitcher and the second baseman caught it!

  • i'm still having trouble seeing the first out did it go directly to the 2nd baseman or did the pitch deflect it?>

  • the pitch deflected it

  • terrible baserunning but still a good play

  • i did that once nice

  • Theres no way u did that
