At the end of the day the neon is faster, from a dig or not the neon will pull ahead just like it did in the video.

By the way, chrysler stopped making neons back in 2005...its 2010 now youre a little late That doesnt even make sense, they build entire vehicles (yes that includes front power windows) what makes you think they can't figure out how to install power rear windows considering they built the car from scratch...
