That's ridiculous, anything you touch after handling raw meat can be contaminated. It's not like the salmonella cares whether or not it's on other meat before you ingest it.
He was a guest chef at the university that i work for and it was the"taste of Umass" it goes on every year and i didn't work this year.. he does this demo and then he askes for 2 voluneteers to come help him cook , so i do so and i cook the chicken he just carved. He loved my techniques and my displayment at the end with all the veggies. But I got a free cookbook personally autograghed by him and the best part he gave me a hug and called me gorgeous! ^_^ It was alot of fun!
