so cool! yeah- why is freediving so cool - i become horny by thinking about my last dive. i enjoy the silence - the depth and to be alone in the water deep down...
@Lazie4life yep its best to do it as much as u can though or the pressure gets to strong before you can equalize it and then you have to return to surface :/
Equalizing the pressure inside the ear. As you descend, the water pressure outside the ear drum (tympanum) exceeds the air pressure inside. So she has to equalize the pressure to prevent her eardrums from rupturing. A diver does this by holding her nose, keeping her mouth closed, & exhaling. The air goes up the Eustascian tube & into the middle ear, thus equalizing the pressure.

Yes, a bit of training, a bit of fun. A good way of going deep without effort....until you have to bring the weight belt back up!!!

Wow, what is this? I followed a random link here, and I've never seen anything like this. Freediving training?

How often do you have to equalize, isn't it like every 2meters?

I believe they mean equalize the pressure inside versus outside your body.

That's a very rapid descent. I'd think you'd rupture your eardrums.
How quickly can you equalize?

Hannah here - It is fast and if you miss an equalisation I'd be in trouble carrying that weight. I equalised every 2 - 3 seconds on this dive

whats equalised mean?
