Women are terrible leaders. They can never innovate at all. Its always about following the letter of the law with any female boss I've ever had experience with.
Well at least you did`t start bagging men like so many of these videos do. I don`t have a problem with female leaders. There have certainly been some good ones. But I don`t believe that women, as leaders, will ever have equal representation to men. Men don`t follow blindly. We need to respect our leaders. As long as the person in charge of us has reached that level through talent and perspiration as opposed to affirmative action, we don`t care if our leader is male or female.
